Location, location, location Positive: The hosts were incredible, super thoughtful and easily contactable. The location was perfect Negative: There was nothing to dislike!

Wonderful stay in every respect which ended too soon. Positive: Location is very convenient right across the Southern Cross Railway Station, tram station. Easy access to the airport. Cafés, Restaurants, shops in vicinity. Beautiful buildings with swimming pool. Excellent view from 62nd floor. Easy access anytime of the day/ night. Very safe and friendly place. Spik and span apartment with good beds, refrigerator, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. Puneet and Fiona were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Guided us about the eateries and shops nearby. Allowed us to stay beyond check out hours as our flight got rescheduled

Owners are great, prompt communication. Great place to stay! Positive: 1. Keys were easy to pick up from EzyMart. 2. The hosts were very prompt in replying to all my messages, thank you. Thank you for the coke, chips and biscuits. They had responded to my requests to get the linen's changed the next day. 3. The location is superb! The apartment has everything what you would need. 4. Everything is available within walking distance- Train station, Tram stops, Supermarket, Soutbank, Restaurants etc. 5. Airport Bus is also available in a walking distance. Would love to stay again when in town :-) Negative: 1. The drawing room sofa beds were not that comfy, could be upgraded. 2. The linens were not professionally washed, we had to get them changed. Suggest owner to take note of the fact. 3. The rubbish chute sometimes get locked, which is located near the lift. You may have to do multiple trips. These are just some suggestions for improvement to make the property 10/10 :-). We had a good time.
